A Holistic Detox is an opportunity for those who are looking to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit. Holistic Protocols address 3 major areas: food, exercise, and stress management. Over at 10 day period, we will explore all those areas, using a variety of modalities designed to have you looking and feeling better than you ever have before.

14 day holistic protocol includes:

14 day menu for foods which can be fully customized for allergies, vegetarians, vegans & gluten free options are available. The detox includes shopping list, recipes, support & education for food prepping. Enjoy delicious nutrient dense foods that can be prepared in advance for the week. (We are foodies who is really hard to fill up, so we got you!) We will  share all our little tips & tricks that we’ve picked up along the way. The food is so easy to cook & tastes like you are at a 5 star restaurant.  Tea & juice cleanse recipes. Includes shopping list.  No excuses here: If you don’t have a juicer, we have a few alternatives to share with you. Customized meal plan to taste and/or Restaurant/eating out guide for someone who does not have the time or desire to cook is available.

We will be sharing so much with you like…

  • A daily plan for drinking 64 oz of water Everyday. Including, but not limited to lemon infused water & herbal teas aimed at full-body detox. Sorry, no caffeine, no alcohol… you are detoxing after all.
  • Give you a recipe & instructions for a detox Epsom salt bath.
  • Encourage you to take a 24 hour social media break during the cleanse period.
  • Educate you about your elimination system, yes we are going to talk about poop.
  • Help you devise a plan to walk an extra 5k-10k steps everyday.
  • Guide you online or in person for a Meditation to help detox from polluted thoughts.
  • Teach you how easy it is to relax the mind AND exercise your lungs with an easy 1 minute breath meditation daily.

We start on a Monday , so the way this program is designed, you will only be detoxing for one weekend!
