The class will include IRT Therapy (Pranayama, progressive muscle relaxation, & intention setting) meditation for beginners, Reiki, & Sound Therapy.

What to expect?
We start each class with a 5-10 minute lesson to teach you easy tools that you can use anytime you are feeling stressed or anxious. Following we practice the tools you are learning.
All mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets are provided for your comfort. Wear comfortable clothing (example: anything you choose that is comfortable for you: shorts, jeans, sweatpants or yoga clothing).
