What is IRT Therapy?

IRT Therapy or Integrative Relaxation Technique,  is a unique protocol for applying various forms of relaxation techniques, used in a certain order of administration, to optimize the relaxation process.

Intro to IRT: learn the practice of IRT self-care routine. (Option to add Reiki 1 Certification.) Certification IRT Therapy self-care & Reiki 1.

IRT Practitioner: learn how to give IRT treatment to friends, family, & clients. (Option to add Reiki 1 Certification). Certification IRT Practitioner.

IRT for Massage: Specifically designed to teach Massage Therapists how to use Integrative Relaxation Technique in their practice. Certification IRT for Massage Therapists.

IRT for Medical Application: Specifically designed to teach Doctors, PA’s, Nurses, Dentists, & Medical Assistants how to use Integrative Relaxation Technique in their practice. Certification IRT for Medical Administration.

IRT for Mental Health Counselors, specifically designed to teach Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Mental Health Counselors how to use Integrative Relaxation Technique in their practice. Certification for Mental Health Administration.

IRT Master Instructor: This Master level teaches how teach IRT Therapy. Certification IRT Master Instructor, Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki Master.
